On my last trip to TJ’s I picked up a bunch of yummy salad toppings- I took over one of the fridge drawers with all my salad fixings, so it’s easy to put together a healthy, delicious one any time. I’m trying to get back to eating more veggies, and so far I’ve enjoyed putting together these almost gourmet salads :)
